Hong Kong Filmart 2026

MEAI will lead a buyer and exhibitor delegation at Hong Kong Filmart 2026 from 17 – 20 March. Please find below the participation packages and the cash sponsorship that can be availed:

Visitor / Buyer Registration

• Discounted rate of USD147/HKD1,147 per admission badge to FILMART for each eligible delegate (Original registration fee: USD368/ HKD2,870 per badge)
• USD300 / USD250 (depending on the attendance) Hotel Cash Sponsorship for each eligible delegate company

Exhibitor Registration

• 9sqm Booth as part of pavilion – USD 6000
• 18sqm Booth as part of pavilion – USD 9,000
• USD300 / USD250 Hotel Cash Sponsorship for each eligible delegate company

Please note:

1. All hotel sponsorships are to be paid after FILMART 2026 upon the presentation of valid hotel receipts of each exhibiting company no later than 31 May 2026. The hotel receipts should
   show the name of the delegate per exhibiting company.
2. USD300 Hotel Cash Sponsorship for each eligible delegate who attends at least 3 Business Matching
   meetings with exhibitors and visit the fair on at least 3 days. (Note: Delegates should form their own business matching meeting and provide TDC with the proof of the business matching meetings for record purposes; TDC may also follow up with appropriate promotions and potential success cases to increase the marketing exposure).
3. USD250 Hotel Cash Sponsorship for each eligible delegate without who attends less than 3 Business
   Matching meetings with exhibitors.
4. Eligible delegates should not have visited the immediate past edition of FILMART.
5. Only one hotel cash sponsorship quota will be offered to each eligible company.
